Strike it up and have a ball at our Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam bowling facilities. Whether it's at Hickam Bowling Center, Naval Station Bowling Center or The Escape Bowling Center at Wahiawa Annex, each facility offers their own unique atmosphere. At Naval Station Bowling Center, enjoy one of the sleekest and cleanest bowling centers around. If you are there in the morning, try the best breakfast fried-rice omelet on the island at Harbor Grill. Cosmic Bowling also is available. Hickam Bowling Center features well-maintained lanes, a friendly staff, great special programs and delicious food at Kau Kau Korner. The Escape Bowling Center at Wahiawa Annex is a modern six-lane center equipped with the latest Brunswick scoring system. The Outdoor Adventure Center (OAC) & Outdoor Recreation (ODR): Whether it's kayaking on the ocean or biking through the rough mountain terrain, OAC & ODR can help you with your equipment needs. Providing a great selection of equipment rentals for camping, beach activities or sports, OAC's & ODR's daily and weekly rentals come at very reasonable prices. Complete camping packages can be rented along with snorkel sets, ocean kayaks, surfboards, body boards, water skis, mountain bikes, golf clubs and even fishing equipment. White Plains Beach Surf Shack: At White Plains Beach, beginners can learn how to surf the waves on Oahu's south shore. Surf lessons from the Surf Shack are offered with the use of a surfboard. For those who want to just tackle the waves, a variety of surfboards can be rented by the hour or by the day. Equipment rental also includes body boards, fins, horseshoes, volleyballs and even coolers-all for an affordable price. A dunk tank can be reserved along with equipment for interactive games such as a potato sack race, a milk bottle throw and volleyball. Bloch Arena Fitness Center: At Bloch Arena's Fitness Center, you have a variety of options to stay fit. Trim down and tone up with free weights, resistance machines and cardio equipment. Wahiawa Annex Fitness Complex: This facility features an aerobics area for group exercise classes, cardio equipment, free weights and resistance machines. PMRF, Kauai Fitness Center: This facility offers fitness and fun on the Garden Isle. Located in Building 1264 on Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) on Kauai, this fitness center offers free group exercise classes such as body sculpting, water aerobics and cardio kickboxing. A variety of cardio equipment, free weights and resistance machines are offered. Rental lockers, showers and a sauna are available. A beach volleyball court at the All-Hands Club, basketball, volleyball and racquetball courts, a driving range and a batting cage are also available to patrons. Barbers Point Golf Course: Located in Leeward Oahu, this golf course offers a serene setting for both first-time and seasoned golfers. Golfers can enjoy the 30-stall driving range and a first class Pro Shop that sells the best types and brands of equipment. Golf professionals can also assist you with your game. Arts and Crafts Center: Whether you enjoy woodworking, crafting, ceramics, pottery, painting, photography or scrapbooking, the MWR Arts & Crafts Center has supplies, work space, equipment and classes. There is a self-help wood shop, frame shop and ceramics/pottery area. Kids can do pick-and-paint ceramics, and the on-site sales store has everything you need for your crafting projects. Auto Skills Centers (ASC): Self-help customers can rent a stall to work on their car repair needs, doing tune-ups, brake jobs, auto painting and more. The Hickam site offers the added service of free monthly how-to classes, and can perform oil changes. ASC offers three locations on Oahu: Hickam, Pearl Harbor and Wahiawa Annex; and one location at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Kauai (Mana Motors). These locations have trained mechanics on duty to assist if needed. Air tools, hand tools and bench tools are also available. A comprehensive library of repair manuals and a computer with Mitchell On-Demand are on-site to help you research any problem. ASC also offers drive-up services such as vehicle safety inspection, headlight adjustments and electrical diagnostics. If you're going on deployment, Pearl Harbor offers secure storage for your vehicle.

Hickam Harbor: Tucked along the back portion of Hickam is a glistening gem, where sailboats, kayaks, canoes and paddleboards dot the water. Pools/Beaches
Take a dip and relax in one of the nine MWR swimming pools in Navy Region Hawaii. On Oahu, Arizona Pool, Hickam Pool 1, Hickam Pool 2, Richardson Pool, Scott Pool and Towers Pool are all located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, while NCTAMS Pool is located at Wahiawa Annex. Water aerobics is also offered at select locations throughout the week. Singles Programs
MWR's Liberty Program offers single service members and geographic bachelors an opportunity to meet new friends and become immersed in the island life. Special activities that are scheduled regularly include Waikiki shows, cruises, luaus, deep-sea fishing, surfing and hiking. Most activities are FREE or at a very nominal cost. They also will provide transportation from the center at no cost.
