2ND BRIGADE, 75TH DIVISION
The 75th Infantry Division was active from 1952 to 1957 as a combat division of the U.S. Army Organized Reserves. The division was reactivated in 1993 as the 75th Battle Command Training Division in the Army Reserve. The 75th BCTD is separated into 5 battle command training brigades. The 2nd Brigade is headquartered at JB MDL.

21ST EXPEDITIONARY
MOBILITY TASK FORCE
The 21st Expeditionary Mobility Task Force, provides skilled in-place and deployable air mobility support forces that enable global air mobility operations. The 21 EMTF includes two wings, the 521st Air Mobility Operations Wing and the 621st Contingency Response Wing, with approximately 2,700 personnel operating daily from 23 permanent locations throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East, and from numerous temporary locations across the world.

21 EMTF units have a proud heritage of providing support to mobility operations advancing national policy under the most difficult circumstances. The Air Mobility Operations Wing's en route network has been an essential enabler of air mobility operations since World War II, and moved over 733 thousand tons of cargo and 1.5 million passengers in the last year alone. Meanwhile, during its short history, the 621 CRW has executed contingency air mobility operations in the most demanding of conditions, to include support of combat operations for Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM and in response to major humanitarian assistance events such as Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the Southeast Asia tsunami, the Haiti Earthquake and the Pakistan flooding of 2010. Whether supporting combat operations or humanitarian relief, the 21 EMTF is an agile global mobility response force that is highly capable and always ready to deliver...anything, anytime, anywhere.

72ND FIELD ARTILLERY BRIGADE
The 72nd Field Artillery Brigade, located on Dix, plans, coordinates, and enables post-mobilization, pre-deployment training in support of specified U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard units. 77TH SUSTAINMENT BRIGADE
Activated in 1917 as the 77th Infantry Division, the 77th Sustainment Brigade is currently part of the U.S. Army Reserve and headquartered at JB MDL. The division is nicknamed the 'Statue of Liberty Division.' The unit is physically located on Dix.

78TH TRAINING
BRIGADE HEADQUARTERS
The 78th Training Brigade is one of the oldest residents on JB MDL. Originally activated in 1917 at Camp Dix, the 78th Infantry Division was originally allocated to New York and Northern Pennsylvania in the National Army plan. Currently, the 78th provides training assistance and support for Mobilized Reserve Component units. The unit is physically located on Dix.

99TH REGIONAL SUPPORT COMMAND
The 99th Regional Support Command provides administrative and logistical support to all United States Army Reserve units and Commands within a 13-state geographic area of responsibility. All operations and maintenance for the Army Reserve, Reserve personnel, military construction, and other appropriations allocated by USARC and Office of Chief Army Reserve are managed by the 99th RSC. 108TH WING
The 108th Wing, a New Jersey Air National Guard, is comprised of more than 1,300 personnel. Airmen of the wing perform many functions in support of the Air National Guard and Air Mobility Command. Another mission of the wing is the 108th Contingency Response Group, which is Air Force's rapid entry force designed to assess and open an air base, perform initial airfield operations and ensure a smooth transition to combat sustainment. The wing also supports a mission-dedicated to rapid response airlift for the Department of Defense in support of U.S. Government crisis response events abroad and domestic.

174TH INFANTRY BRIGADE
The 174th Infantry Brigade, located on Dix, trains mobilized Reserve Component units for deployment in accordance with Combatant Commander, Department of the Army, U.S. Army Forces Command, and First Army directives. The unit plans and executes post-mobilization operations at Mobilization Training Centers and exercises Operations Command of mobilized RC forces. The 174th IN BDE is a highly skilled, confident and disciplined Brigade backed by strong family support that prepares units in accordance with Army standards to fight and win our nation's wars.

244TH AVIATION
BRIGADE HEADQUARTERS
The 244th Aviation Brigade, the only Army Reserve Aviation Brigade, is Headquartered at JB MDL with subordinate units and facilities located in 14 states in 18 different locations. The 244th Aviation Brigade is the largest Aviation Brigade in the U.S. Army comprised of two CH-47 (Chinook) Medium Lift Battalions, one C12/UC-35 (Transport Aircraft) Fixed Wing Battalion, two UH-60 (Black Hawk) General Support Companies, one Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Company and one Headquarters and Headquarters Company. The Brigade consists of a mix of Active Component and Reserve (Troop Program Unit and Active Guard Reserve) Soldiers as well as Department of the Army Civilian Employees and contractors.

On order, the 244th Aviation Brigade deploys to the area of responsibility and conducts theater aviation operations to support military operations of war and/or operations other than war for the Combined Forces Land Component Commander.

305TH AIR MOBILITY WING
The 305th Air Mobility Wing extends America's global reach by generating, mobilizing and deploying 32 KC-10 Extender and 16 C-17 Globemaster III aircraft to conduct strategic airlift and air refueling missions worldwide. Additionally, the wing operates two of America's largest strategic aerial ports supporting the delivery of cargo and personnel to combatant commanders abroad. Uniquely, as a result of joint base transfer, the 305th AMW directs the operations of two geographically separated airfields-one at McGuire Field and another at Maxfield Runway.

305th Operations Group
The mission of the 305th Operations Group is to deploy worldwide from America's Eastern Gateway and to perform aerial refueling and airlift in support of tactical, strategic, reconnaissance, transport and bombardment forces in high-threat and chemical warfare environments. All active-duty members, civilian employees and their families are part of a proud team dedicated to the accomplishment of these tasks. The group is comprised of the 2nd Air Refueling Squadron, 6th Airlift Squadron, 32nd Air Refueling Squadron and the 305th Operations Support Squadron.

305th Maintenance Group
The 305th Maintenance Group was activated on Oct. 1, 2002. A pivotal component of our Air and Space Expeditionary Force, the 305th MXG mobilizes, deploys, and provides maintenance support for 32 KC-10A Extender and 16 C-17A Globemaster III aircraft. The Group generates 24-hour strategic, tactical airlift and air refueling maintenance capability to facilitate the deployment and supply of DoD, allied, and coalition forces supporting the full spectrum of combat and humanitarian operations. The MXG trains, equips and leads more than 1,500 highly trained personnel and equipment to support safe, timely, and reliable aircraft maintenance and aerial port operation. Additionally the group operates two of AMC's busiest aerial ports. The group is comprised of the 305th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, the 605th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, the 305th Maintenance Squadron, the 305th Maintenance Operations Squadron and the 305th Aerial Port Squadron.

514TH AIR MOBILITY WING
The 514th Air Mobility Wing is a key member of Team McGuire. With more than 2,800 reservists, they share the C-17 Globemaster III and the KC-l0 Extender aircraft, facilities and equipment of the 305th Air Mobility Wing.

Through the Reserve Associate program, 514th AMW Reservists work alongside their active duty counterparts in operations and training, maintenance, aerial port, civil engineering, personnel, security forces, communications, and medical and aeromedical evacuation. Many Reservists also deploy to overseas locations on annual tours and in activated status supporting real world operations. The wing has been a leader in the Air Force Reserve since activation for Korea and has racked up an impressive record of accomplishments.

With a highly proficient and active aeromedical evacuation force, 514th aeromedical evacuation crews are often in the lead when disaster strikes.

The achievements of the 514th AMW Reservists exemplify their motto of "The Freedom Wing, Volunteers for America."

621ST CONTINGENCY RESPONSE WING
The 621st Contingency Response Wing, located on McGuire, is highly-specialized in training and rapidly deploying personnel to quickly open airfields and establish, expand, sustain and coordinate air mobility operations. From wartime tasking to disaster relief, the 621st CRW extends Air Mobility Command's global reach by deploying people and equipment around the globe. The unit operates worldwide, conducting logistical support to every geographic combatant command, including the U.S. Africa Command, U.S. Southern Command, U.S. European Command, U.S. Pacific Command and U.S. Central Command areas of responsibility. AMERICAN RED CROSS
The American Red Cross office, located at Doughboy Loop and 8th Street on Dix, provides servicemembers with emergency financial assistance, verification of emergencies for emergency leave, emergency communications and counseling. Red Cross volunteers conduct courses in health safety, first aid, CPR and nutrition. They also volunteer at the dental clinic, youth activities center, child development center, the library and with blood drives.

AREA DEFENSE COUNSEL
The Area Defense Counsel, located at 2906 Tuskegee Airmen Ave., Suite 116 on McGuire, is a mission partner of the Air Force Legal Operations Agency. The ADC provides independent legal representation and confidential legal advice to servicemembers on military justice and adverse administrative matters. The ADC's principal responsibility is to represent members in actions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, including courts-martial and non-judicial punishment proceedings. Joint Base MDL is home to a unique Department of Defense mission—the Armed Services Whole Blood Processing Laboratory, East. ASWBPL East has a long-standing history of commitment to the Armed Services Blood Program and to the Department of Defense having been first established on June 25, 1966. The Air Force is the executive agent of the Tri-Service staffed ASWBPL which claims to be the "original joint team." Staffing consists of thirteen military medical personnel from the Army, Navy and Air Force and three civilian contractors.

The ASWBPL receives blood products collected by the 20 Army, Navy and Air Force blood donor centers throughout the country. All units received are subjected to stringent quality control procedures. The blood is then tested, processed and repackaged for shipment to any destination specified by the Armed Services Blood Program office. Blood shipments are coordinated with U.S. Transportation Command and shipped on military and civilian contract aircraft all over the globe.

The primary role of ASWBPL-East is to provide blood and blood product support to DoD medical treatment facilities in peacetime and to maintain a rapid response capability to supply blood in emergencies, contingencies and pre-position blood products during military operations. To ensure this readiness posture, ASWBPL operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week supporting all medical treatment facilities throughout United States Central Command, U.S. European Command and more recently U.S. African Command.

The ASWBPL's secondary role is to support the Armed Services Blood Program in the development of new programs and long-range goals affecting blood transfusions within the DoD. An example is the replacement of the existing frozen blood inventory with frozen red blood cells that have an extended shelf life after thawing.

The Armed Services Whole Blood Processing Laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and Food and Drug Administration. Both of these agencies ensure regulatory compliance of over 2,000 stringent checklist items. The goal of these accreditation programs is to improve the quality of clinical laboratory medicine through voluntary participation, professional peer review, education and compliance with established performance standards. The ASWBPL is a member of an exclusive group of more than 6,000 laboratories worldwide that have met the highest standards of excellence for laboratory medicine. This dedicated team of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and civilian professionals are the lifeline to not only our warriors and their families but also to those in need as the DoD supports the diverse range of military operations.

Army Support Activity-Dix supports and conducts Reserve Component Training, Mobilization/Demobilization Operations, and facilitates the well being of Soldiers, their Families, and Civilians in a safe and secure environment. BATTALION, 14TH MARINES
Battery G 3/14 provides timely, accurate fires for the artillery battalion in support of expeditionary and land-based Marine Air Ground Task Force operations. In Marine Expeditionary Unit operations, the artillery firing battery provides timely, accurate fires in support of the Ground Combat Element.

C-12 DETACHMENT
Commander Fleet Logistics Support Wing Detachment, located on Dix, was established in 2005. The detachment is comprised of 10 pilots and three aircrewmen who provide flexible and rapidly deployable air logistics support seven days a week. The unit belongs to CFLSW which is based at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas. The UC-12B Huron, operated by the detachment, is powered with two Pratt and Whitney PT6A-41 engines and has max cruise speed of 245 knots.

CENTER FOR NAVAL AVIATION
TECHNICAL TRAINING DETACHMENT

The Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Detachment trains Aviation Boatswains Mates in aircraft launch and recovery equipment. This training prepares them for aircraft carrier shipboard duty. All Navy aircraft carrier aircraft launch and recovery equipment maintenance officers, catapult officers, catapult and arresting gear maintenance and electrician specialists, optical landing systems specialists, air bosses, and aircraft carrier commanding officers must attend CNATT. Co-location with the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst provides a unique environment in which technical experts and warfighters can interact and CNATT students can gain real-life recovery and take-off experience at NAWCAD's Catapult and Runway Arrested Landing Site.

Defense Courier Service Station McGuire is a joint service associate ­activity located at 1719 West Arnold Ave. The DCS was formerly known as the Armed Forces Courier Service. The Joint Chiefs of Staff as a tri-service activity created the ARFCOS in 1953. It was established Oct. 1, 1987 as a joint activity known as DCS by the Secretary of Defense. Executive Agency is vested in the Air Force; command and oversight authority and responsibility for financial and administrative support are delegated to the commander of the Air Mobility Command.

DCS is headquartered at Fort Meade, Md., and composed of 20 courier stations located in 10 states or U.S. territories and eight nations. The DCS is mandated to provide for the secure transportation and control of qualified (highly classified and ­time-sensitive) material requiring escort by courier. The DCS directly supports joint and combined military operations, NATO, U.S. Allies, the Department of State and all other federal agencies.

In addition to servicing two overseas locations, DCS Station McGuire is tasked to service Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, portions of Pennsylvania, and Thule, Greenland and the Azores. DCS Station McGuire's approximately 400 customers include units of all services and numerous Department of Defense contractors.

FEDERAL CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION
The Federal Correctional Institution, located on Dix, is a low security facility housing male inmates. A satellite camp is located adjacent to the FCI and houses minimum security male inmates. Call (609) 723-1100 for more information.

FLEET LOGISTICS
SUPPORT SQUADRON (VR-52)
VR-52, located on McGuire, was commissioned in 1972 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove, Pa., under the operational command of the Fleet Logistics Support Wing. VR-52 is a medium-lift aviation squadron operating the C-9B Skytrain II aircraft in support of combatant commander logistics requirements. The Taskmasters primary mission is to provide around-the-clock, worldwide, air logistic support for active and Reserve Navy units. The squadron also provides continuous short-notice worldwide fleet logistics support for Joint Operational Support Airlift Center and Navy Air Logistics Office requirements. Additionally, the unit relocated to the joint base in March 2011 as part BRAC 2005 legislation.

FLEET LOGISTICS
SUPPORT SQUADRON (VR-64)
VR-64, located on McGuire, was established in September 2004. The VR-64 Condors utilize the C-130T Hercules in its logistics mission providing support to the fleet through the worldwide transport of troops and cargo. The squadron operates under the operational command of the Fleet Logistics Support Wing and consists of active-duty and Reserve personnel. The unit relocated to the joint base in March 2011 as part BRAC 2005 legislation.

FLEET READINESS CENTER EAST
AND AVIATION SUPPORT DETACHMENT
The Fleet Readiness Center East and Aviation Support Detachment provide off-equipment aircraft component maintenance and logistics support to four United States Navy and United States Marine Corps aircraft squadrons onboard Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The 130 member workforce is comprised of USN, USMC and civilian personnel. They processes over 25,000 maintenance and supply actions annually while providing training for reserve personnel.

Marine Aircraft Group 49 is located on Dix. MAG-49's mission is to organize, train and equip combat ready squadrons to augment and reinforce the Active Marine Forces. The unit provides personnel and assault support capabilities to relieve operational tempo for active-duty forces and provide service to the community.

HMH-772 provides the Marine Air Ground Task Force Commander assault support transport of heavy weapons, equipment, combat troops and supplies during expeditionary, joint or combined operations.

HMLA-773 Detachment B supports the Marine Air Ground Task Force Commander by providing offensive air support, utility support, armed escort and airborne supporting arms coordination, day or night under all weather conditions during expeditionary, joint or combined operations.

SUPPORT SQUADRON 472
The mission of MWSS 472 is to provide all essential Aviation Ground Support to the rotary-wing components of the Marine Aviation Combat Element and all supporting attached elements of the Marine Air Control Group. This support includes provisions for, engineer services, motor transport operations, medical services, field messing facilities, nuclear, biological and chemical defense, internal airfield communications, security and law enforcement services, expeditionary airfield services, aircraft and ground refueling service, aircraft rescue and structural fire fighting services, explosive ordnance disposal, combat engineer/construction services and utility services. RECRUITING BATTALION
The Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Battalion, located on Lakehurst, conducts precision recruiting operations to enlist quality men and women in the U.S. Army throughout the State of New Jersey, Philadelphia and the Greater Philadelphia region.

The Recruiting Battalion consists of six recruiting companies, 40 recruiting stations, and 176 active-duty and 54 Reserve recruiters. The battalion's precision operations include, but are not limited to band members, warrant officer flight training, Officer Candidate School, various linguists, Army Law and Special Forces. COMMAND LAKEHURST
Naval Air Systems Command Lakehurst is one of eight NAVAIR sites providing cost-wise readiness and dominant maritime combat power to make a great Navy/Marine Corps team better. The facility and its workforce are part of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and is the critical link between Naval Aviation and the Navy Aircraft Carrier Battle Groups worldwide. NAVAIR Lakehurst is the Navy's lead engineering support activity for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment and Naval Aviation Support Equipment, and is responsible for maintaining fleet support and infusing modern technology across the entire spectrum of equipment needed to launch, land and maintain aircraft from ships at sea.

The Navy Operational Support Center Dix supports individual selected reservists and unit commanders as they train and maintain a level of readiness to support deployed commands. The United States Army Noncommissioned Officers Academy located at 5518 Sever Ave., Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, is a fully accredited academy of learning which instructs noncommissioned officers from around the globe.

The mission is to conduct Noncommissioned Officer Education System and Functional Courses for America's Army in accordance with Programs of Instruction and regulatory standards that produce highly successful NCO leaders with the warrior skills, values, traits, and actions necessary to win our Nation's wars and defend the United States. The NCO Academy is committed to providing an environment of professional conduct, outstanding leadership, high standards of appearance and discipline.

The NCOA, instructs the Warrior Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course (formally the Basic Noncommissioned Officers Course), the Army Basic Instructor Course, and the Small Group Instructor Training Course to nearly 3000 students annually. These courses leverage current technological and conventional face to face instruction to train both tactical and garrison related duties.

The New Jersey Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, is a Department of Defense volunteer organization that provides free education, consultation, and if necessary, mediation for employers of Guard and Reserve employees. ESGR's goal is to support New Jersey's employers who share their employees with the Department of Defense to ensure our national security.

The mission is to gain and maintain support of all public and private employers for the men and women of the National Guard and Reserve as defined by demonstrated employer commitment to employee military service.

National Guard and Reserve forces today total over 1 million service members and represent approximately 48 percent of total military force. Every day around the globe, thousands of men and women in uniform risk their lives and make great sacrifices to defend our national interests. And, increasingly, members of the National Guard and Reserve forces are serving extended tours away from their homes, families and jobs.

The NJESGR committee is made up of volunteer business executives, civic leaders, educators, retired and active military personnel, and concerned citizens dedicated to preventing and resolving those employer/employee conflicts that directly impact the retention of our reserve component Soldiers, Marines, Sailors and Airmen. The New Jersey Joint Force Headquarters mission is to maintain trained and equipped forces as reserve components of the Army and Air Force and performs missions as directed by State or federal authorities. The NJ-JFHQ provides command and control of all assigned N.J. Army and Air National Guard forces.

In accordance with policies established by the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of the Air Force, the NJ-JFHQ establishes the capability to provide one or more joint task force command elements able to exercise command and control of Homeland Defense, Defense Support to Civil Authorities, and/or other domestic emergency missions in a State Active Duty, Title 32, or Title 10 status. The NJ-JFHQ also provides expertise and situational awareness to DoD authorities to facilitate integration of Federal and State activities. NEW JERSEY TASK
FORCE ONE—NJ-TF1
New Jersey Task Force One, located on Lakehurst, was established in 1996 to address a technical rescue void in the NJ State's emergency response plan. The team currently resides within the Division of State Police, Homeland Security Branch, Emergency Management Section, Emergency Preparedness Bureau, Urban Search and Rescue Unit.

Since its inception, NJ-TF1 has responded to many structural collapses and natural disasters. The team responded to the World Trade Center incident in September 2001; the Atlantic City parking garage collapse in October 2003; Warren County flood/swift water events in September 2004; the Eatontown commercial building gas explosion in March 2005; Hurricane Katrina in September 2005; and several other technical search and rescue assists throughout the state. In addition to operation deployments, NJ-TF1 participated in the Top Officials 3 Exercise in New London, Conn. TRAINING DETACHMENT 1
The 373rd Training Squadron, Detachment 1, located on McGuire, is a component of the Air Education and Training Command, and is responsible for aircraft maintenance training. The training detachment has been at McGuire since the mid-1950s in support of various aircraft. From then until now, its mission has changed many times to correspond with changes in the wing's weapon systems.

The detachment's instructors are responsible for teaching 23 KC-10 Extender and 14 C-17 Globemaster III aircraft maintenance courses as well as ground equipment repair. Courses range from initial skills qualification to advanced troubleshooting techniques. While most of the detachment's students are from "Team McGuire," training is also provided to both the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard units worldwide in support of Air Mobility Command's rapid global reach mission. EXPEDITIONARY CENTER
The USAF Expeditionary Center is the Air Force's Center of Excellence for advanced expeditionary combat support training and education and provides confident and capable combat Airmen to combatant commanders across the globe versed in expeditionary operations "from the flightline to the frontline."

The Center houses the Mobility Operations School, Expeditionary Operations School and Expeditionary Center Support Directorate. The USAF EC partners with Air Staff, Air Education and Training Command and the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center to provide a disciplined training process that assures the right skills are taught at the right time across the expeditionary enterprise. The USAF EC has 396 personnel assigned and offers 92 in-residence courses and 19 Web-based training courses graduating more than 24,000 students annually.

Originally known as the Air Mobility Warfare Center, the organization was activated May 1, 1994, by Gen. Ronald R. Fogleman, then-commander of Air Mobility Command, to serve as the command's single focal point for advanced education and training. The unit was then designated as the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center in 2007. The USAF EC organizes to maximize Expeditionary Combat Support assets to meet emerging missions, and most importantly, is accountable to provide standardized and ready forces to enable "Airpower...from the ground up!"

CENTER FLIGHT ACTIVITY
CERDEC Flight Activity, located on Lakehurst, performs research and development flight testing for sensor payloads for communication, navigation, aircraft survivability, and intelligence gathering systems. CFA operates fixed wing, helicopters and Unmanned Aircraft System platforms from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and conducts flight operations continental United States and outside the continental United States, in support of the Warfighter. CERDEC Flight Activity also performs pre-deployment modifications on all new UH-60M Blackhawks prior to fielding. This unit's heritage can be traced back to 1918, when the Army Air Corps first tested radios for air to ground communications and operated out of Greely Field, Fort Monmouth, N.J. TMDE Support Center New Jersey, located on Dix, provides TMDE calibration and repair support for a four state area in the Northeast United States servicing Army, Department of Defense and other government agencies.

The center supports such customers as the U.S. Army National Guard, U.S. Army Reserves, U.S. Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Marine Corps, Defense Supply Center Philadelphia and the Federal Aviation Administration in Atlantic City. ATLANTIC STRIKE TEAM
The U.S. Coast Guard Atlantic Strike Team, located at 5614 Doughboy Loop on Dix, is one of three strike teams making up the Coast Guard National Strike Force. The NSF is a vital national asset recognized worldwide as experts in preparedness and emergency response to mitigate the effects of weapons of mass destruction events, hazardous substance releases, oil discharges, and other emergencies and natural disasters. The Atlantic Strike Team is comprised of 41 active-duty, 34 reservist, two civilians, and six auxiliarists. The team area of responsibility includes the East Coast (Maine to North Carolina), the Midwest and Great Lakes, as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
